Financial management and printing of cheques and bills of exchange

Provesta Soft designed and built a solution covering:

• supplier management, with their cheques, bills of exchange and transfers;
• customer management, with their cheques, bills of exchange, cash and transfers;
• printing of cheques and bills of exchange, with the amount in words and the signature;
• a calendar of past and upcoming due dates;
• tracking indicators (KPIs);
• user training.

The solution is in daily use at Comptoir Chaar Aluminium, which issued a certificate of good execution on 8 July 2023, and at SBH Bâtiments. It now serves as the base for proposals to new clients.
