The problem

Finding the right property among thousands of listings takes time, and sellers do not know what price to ask.

Shared housing is even harder: the roommate has to fit as well as the home.

The solution

Provesta Soft designed and built CazaScan around three modules:

  • listings: detailed publishing, advanced filters, visit bookings, alerts and statistics;
  • AI price estimate: several models compared, Gradient Boosting selected, served through a Python API;
  • personalised recommendations combining property characteristics with user behaviour;
  • roommate matching based on lifestyle and preferences, colocation listings aggregated from public classified sites, and built-in messaging.

The result

The product was built in 2024 as part of Provesta Soft's R&D, with listings covering several Tunisian cities, including Monastir, Mahdia, Hammamet, Kélibia and Gafsa.
